Chang Liu Ph.D
CEO and the Founder of ASKHealth Asia
Dr. Chang LIU is the CEO and founder of ASKHealth Asia. ASK Health Asia is a catalyst for health systems transformation in
Asia. Through in-depth research, consultancy, platform creation, solution co-creation and resource connection, the company works closely with leading industry leaders to provide innovative solutions to jointly promote new tangible health policies and capture growth opportunities within a global emerging economy.Prior to establishing ASK Health Asia, Dr.Liu was a Regional Director at ACCESS Health International, Inc., a global non-profit organization, overseeing the business development in both China and Singapore for over seven years. As the work developed and matured across both regions, Dr. Liu formally spun off the ACCESS Health China entity into a ASK HealthAsia, to fully accelerate the company’s work and impact across Asia.
Dr. Liu holds a Master‘s degree in Financefrom Guanghua School of Management of Peking University (2009) and a Ph.D. from Brown University in Health Economics (2013). Thereafter, he was a research assistant Professor at the Duke NUS Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Liu authored publications, including the afterword of Affordable Excellence, a book that documents the evolution of Singapore's healthcare system towards quality and sustainability between 2013 and 2014, as well as coauthored A City for All Ages, which documents the current state and development of the ageing industry in Singapore, with Dr. William Haseltine, the Chairman and Founder of ACCESS Health International, Inc.

Senior Director for Strategic Partnerships and Impact Programs
Tina is the Senior Director for StrategicPartnerships and Impact Programs at ASK Health Asia, based in the Shanghai office. She focuses on collaborations and leads programs with multi-national
corporations, foundations and associations, and intragovernmental agencies. Her work has been focused on topics in the intersections of health and innovating financing, health and climate change, as well as health and aging. In addition to leading projects, Tina also focuses on building close relationships with key advisors and industry partners and engages with our partners to ensure our team’s projects are on progress and are sufficiently supported.Prior to joining ASK Health Asia, she spentmany years in high-net worth wealth management at the Royal Bank of Canada, in
Toronto, Canada, at the Royal Bank of Canada. She holds an MBA from Tsinghua-MIT Sloan and received an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Economics from University of Toronto.Genevieve Ng Jing We
Singapore GM and VP for Partnership
Genevieve is Ask Health Asia’s Singapore General Manager and Vice-President of Partnerships. She spearheads the Singapore office and leads Ask Health’s collaborations with ecosystem partners.
Prior to this, she was Regional Vice Presidentat the Economic Development Board (EDB), the Singapore government agency
responsible for international investment promotion and industry development. She led strategic policy reviews, oversaw inbound investments from China and directed the set up of EDB’s first China marketing team.With a strong understanding and appreciation ofcross-cultural nuances, she has deep experience in fostering high-impact
partnerships and engagement programmes, and is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.Genevieve graduated with B.Soc.Sc.in Economics(Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She is also an active
volunteer, and enjoys spending time with animals, mentoring youth and providing pro-bono consulting services for non-profit organisations.Shang Shu

???????Mr. Zhang Qiang is responsible forresearch and consulting work at ASK Health Asia, focusing on areas ofmulti-layered medical security system, pharmaceutical market access, and health system reform.
Before joining ASK Health Asia, Mr.Zhang had several years of working experience ininsurance companies and pharmaceutical companies in China. During this period, he contributed to many breakthrough practicein healthcare reform, city supplementary insurance, and lifecycle healthmanagement.
Since joining ASK Health Asia, Mr.Zhang has remained dedicated to collaboration and research in pharmaceuticaland payment sectors. He has helped developpayment and product strategies for several worldleading pharmaceutical companies and insurancecompanies, and he has also authored many research reports in areas such as
private insurance drug list access and hospital management, establishing a significant industry influence.Looking ahead, Mr. Zhang will continue to promote multiple collaboration among basic medical insurance, commercialhealth insurance, medical providers, and pharmaceutical companies. He also looks forward to exploring more efficienthealthcare system and payment reforms with partners under Ask Health Asia'svision, to help develop healthcare accessibility and affordability across Asia.
Jia Lingxiao
Assistant Director of Knowledge Management
Jia Lingxiao is primarily responsible for the knowledge management and research work of ASK and participates in research and consulting projects related to multi-layered medical security and healthcare systems. He studied successively at Huazhong University of Science & Technology and Fudan University, possessing a background in social medicine and health care management, and obtained a Master's degree in Management. Before joining ASK, Jia Lingxiao had worked in pharmaceutical market research institution and large insurance company, engaging in policy research and strategic studies related to medicine and medical insurance. At ASK, he has led the completion of projects such as the domestic substitution of high-value consumables, casebooks of multi-layered medical security, medical security safety net, innovation in noncommunicable disease management, and casebooks of integrated health service system. In his spare time, he enjoys reading a wide range of books on social sciences and history.

Li Qun
Senior Director of Research & Consulting
Li Qun, studied at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Paris Business School and Kellogg School of Northwestern University, and has diversified consulting and finance experience in the UK, Singapore and China, having worked for PwC, IMS Health, Ardian Private Equity and other organizations. In recent years, he has focused on strategic consulting, policy research and new business incubation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. She is currently responsible for consulting in Axiomtek's Shanghai office.
Gu Rui
CEO and the Founder of ASKHealth Asia
Gu Rui leads the Global Partnerships teamof ASK Health China, specializing in facilitating the early access of innovative drugs and medical devices to the Greater Bay Area (GBA), as well as supporting the overseas expansion of Chinese Biotech and MedTec companies to the Southeast Asia (ASEAN) region.
Rui also has rich experience in corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) accumulated through her experience as an ESG consultant and an in-house ESG leader. In her previous roles, she has led group ESG strategy development and implementation, ESG reporting and assurance, and ESG rating related projects. Before joining ASK Health, she worked for Allergan, Shangri-La, Chi Heng Foundation, and PwC. She holds a Master of Science (MS) on Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
Sunny Sun
VP for Business Development
Ms. Sunny Sun is a VP for BusinessDevelopment of ASK Health, where she is primarily responsible for new businessexpansion and incubation in Singapore and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater
Bay Area.Prior to Ask Health, Sunny has been engagedin hospital planning and consulting service for many years. She was co-founder of a healthcare consulting firm, where she has led building its consulting, trusteeship, training, and overseas business sectors, helping form a product system and set up its expert database. Her team has planned and implemented numerous healthcare projects in Tier I & II cities in China. She used to served at the United Family Healthcare (UFH), where she was responsible for strategic cooperation and M&A projects. She is experienced in the construction of the operational system, the market positioning and development planning, and the construction of the profit model of large-scale healthcare projects. She received a Master‘s degree in Finance from Boston University and has studied several courses in entrepreneurship and business administration at Harvard Business School.

Jessica Li serves as the Director of Partnership at Ask Health Asia, based in the Singapore office. She is primarily responsible
for the management of healthcare in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as overseeing professional training in medical and nursing skills and
international exchange projects. With a MBA degree, Li Yuping has accumulated over 15 years of extensive experience in project management, marketing, and business development. Throughout her professional career, she has held senior management positions at prestigious institutions such as Hyatt Group, NUS Business School, and Emlyon Business School. Jessica successfully led teams to drive the implementation and expansion of multiple healthcare management training projects in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, she has been instrumental in operating various innovations centers at renowned business schools, including the establishment of the Global Healthcare Industry Center, contributing significantly to its success.Linguo Li
